Effective date: September 2026
Victory Consults Ltd. Co. (“Victory Consults,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business advisory, governance, and compliance services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through victoryconsults.co (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, organization name, the advisory level you select (Start / Ready / Go), and any message you include.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Prospective Clients intake: the “Prospective Clients” button on Home, Services, and About links to a separate Google Form we use for intake. Information submitted there is governed by Google’s own privacy practices in addition to this policy — see Google’s privacy policy for details on how Google handles form submissions.
We also collect limited technical information automatically through standard WordPress functionality — such as approximate access times and browser type — for security and site-reliability purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data to advertising networks.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and follow up on the advisory level you’re interested in
- To send newsletter updates, only to those who sign up for them
- To maintain internal records of enquiries so we can track and follow up appropriately
- To improve the Site and the services we describe on it
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
How your information is stored
Enquiry form submissions are stored as private records within our website’s content management system, accessible only to authorized Victory Consults personnel — they are never published publicly. Newsletter signups are stored separately for the sole purpose of sending the updates you’ve requested.
Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies required for core WordPress functionality (for example, to support the contact form’s security check). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider) under obligations to protect it, or where required by law.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and newsletter records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time — see “Your choices” below.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us directly.
- You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business and organizational audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
